We understand..... sometimes the internet doesn't tell the whole story

We are happy to give a full refund of the purchase price if any product isn't right. That said, every return must be registered with our home office before shipping back within the time limits as stated below:

Refund Policy - the basics

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused with the original tag attached and all packaging and box must be included with the return. Worn items cannot be accepted.

Please contact us at: warwickstudio@gmail.com in order to begin processing your return. We will confirm and send instructions. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Ensure the package is in original box with shipping materials and include a tracking number in your correspondence so we may know when to expect the package.

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days upon receipt of your package. The shipping fee is not included in the refund.
